One out of the 4 bangles was damaged and bent beyond manual repair by myself. Contacted the whatsapp number provided but they havent provided any resolution as to what to do with the damaged piece or how to return or get a refund. Purchased other items from the site like pendant sets which are not the best when compared to how much they costed.
